Hi Every1

First of all I would like to welcome you all to my site. You will all be the first to know once the site is updated, with all the news, photo's pictures etc!

The last time I went to see Marti live were at Ronnie Scotts on February 15th, and how could I forget that day, I won't go too much into detail, but you all must remember from the forum.

Looking forward to seeing Marti live at Lincoln Castle June 23rd, there will also be a webcam near the gate at Lincoln Castle. Also looking forward to Newmarket Races to see Wet Wet Wet on August 17th.

Wet Wet Wet should be releasing a new album to conside with 20th anniversary tour in December, in due course.

Hi

I were so excited on Friday October 26th when my mum received a call from Hard Rock Cafe, to say she as won tickets. We were on our way with the kids to Pleasure Beach, when the call came through to my mums mobile @ 9.50. I jumped for joy rang one of my mates, then text Mallie from the forum to break the news as I were entering the Pleasure Beach holding the queue up, and I said to my mum won't be long just texting Mallie.

It came as a shock, plus I thought we wouldn't hear and thought u had to stay tuned to capitol Gold which I tuned through Sky Digital on 0121. because we were away in Blackpool few a days, I'm going to forget to keep the mobile switched on. But my mum remembered and kept hers on. Because I did speak with Georgina Martin on Thursday and she said all winners will be notified Friday. I still didn't think we stood a chance out so many entries. But I also received a call 9.59 but missed the call , as I had so much excitement, I missed the call and only noticed @ 4pm. But I will be going with my mum. Can't flaming wait until Thursday. I spoken to Mallie this evening the nearest underground station is Green park. Turn Right out the station and the Hard Cafe is on the right, c u there who ever as won.

Sorry I haven't updated the diary for a month. I have no further updates about the convention, but as soon as I have details, will be in touch with every1 via the Wet Wet Wet forum. But it is brilliant news of Wet Wet Wet making top 10. It were number 10 in the official UK top 40 on Sunday, but on the Music Channel Chart Show via Sky Digital channel 355 it were at chart position number 4 one step ahead of David Jordan but in the download chart were just number 24 and not showing on the mid-week countdown, for our boys u all need to keep downloading or hope for public to download too. Normally Graeme Clark will advise forum members of chart position tomorrow night. Lets hope for top 5 or even top 3 u never know , they getting alot of airplay for via radio and music stations via The Box, The Hits, and Chart Show channel. U desreve it Marti, Graeme, Neil & Tom after almost 11 year gap of being in the top 10. being Valentines day tomorrow, its a lovely ballad, people are bound to buy it. Wet Wet Wet can prove us wrong that they can do it again. I know the charts is different these days now, but Wet Wet Wet as made top 10 and will hopefully climb higher, keep fingers crossed for them.

Hi All

As u all know Wet Wet Wet made number 10 on Sunday, it doesn't mean they can do it this week by climbing. But shows number 1 in The Scottish Charts, depends if all sales adds to one chart or not I'm not an expert on this. The Single Mix of Weightless were falling then
re-climbed just listen Sunday to see where they are, as the charts is not the same as before. I suppose Wet Wet Wet are not bothered being @ the top as they have sold enough singles I suppose they are happy with that. Come on boyz releasde another single I love Run and In Every Heart A Fire Burn is another favourite, and try our best to get u to number 1 if we can.

U deserved the top 10 wish it could go higher, but there is no gurantees on this. All that counts it made number 10 made number 4 in the Chart Show and Number 1 in Scotland. So u have done us fans proud of ur music.

Hi All

Long time no see aye. Its been along time since I put a message out. The Sentmential Tour were fab I covered Aberdeen, Manchester, and Northampton amd managed to meet Marti twice, once in Aberdeen with my mum, and in Northampton with my mate Cheryl who is also local.

I have noticed there is thread on the forum regarding Marti on Bebo, sometimes management do check for messages. It were also stated that Marti were online 8.30 one day last week. It could management! Sometimes I get the kids log in on my behalf when I have been working flat out for work. I do the same for the kids if they have homework. So there is always a way, I know some fans have been very curious so have I to be honest. We all know Marti as Myspace. But there profile when u go on Google by typing Marti's name and his profile comes up only states his website, the first Myspace and Monquie's website. So maybe Marti as Bebo and not been updated yet, and Marti recently signed up to Facebook back in February.

I certianly enjoyed my Lie in this morning I think this tour knocked me for six. I never got up to 12.15 and I never stay bed that long. I didn't realise it were that late, until I heard one of the kids and dog making one hell of noise. I were fine for Timeless tour. I still say the Aberdeen trip made me extremely tired and run down, then heading off to St Helen's the following day weren't a good idea, never gave myself enough rest, then I were really feeling ill most of the weekend of the Manchester show then completely ill by the Monday night after returning from St Helen's in the afternoon. During the Timeless tour although I did Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow and Wembley. For Birmingham, and Manchester I stopped with a friend in St Helen's before heading to Sheffield I did feel tired but not ill. I barely came back from Sheffield on the Friday, I were off to Glasgow. With Aberdeen being alot further and going by road were mad enough. Although I have been to Aberdeen during the Between The Covers Tour, but went straight from Newcastle, so weren't too bad it were just 5 hours by road, but 12 to 13 hours from Milton Keynes never again I am thinking of flying train too much hassele with Changing @ Glasgow Central. Then Yet again I don't know.

I best go as going to get A Chinese, can't be bothered cooking tonight far too tired.

Hi All

Another update to the diary! Marti as completed another very successful tour last month, covering 14 cities and 15 dates across the country. All the stories Marti were telling us were funny about when he were a baby. Also what he did with a record that he snapped. It were a enjoyable tour, it will be nice to see something like this again in a few years.

This week we saw Marti return playing the Arbiter in Chess for 2 nights at the Royal Albert Hall. I were in Box 78 and my mum were Box 77 on Tuesday night. I managed to take one picture of the cast and came out very clearly, considering I were on the 2nd teir overlooking the stage. The photo can viewed on the site on the page a Chess Night Out.

As from August 2008 Marti will be in Witches Of Eastwick right through to May 2009 when it finishes in Glasgow. Marti will play the Devil Daryl Van Horne, it will be a funny musical. All dates are on the tour page. Tickets are on sale for some venues, Milton Keynes are on sale in June other venues u will need to check.

As for the Clydebank Canal Festival I have no idea if that is going ahead, although Wet Wet Wet were in the lead with the votes, but no idea if this will be happening or not. Its supposed to be scheduled for July. But Marti and Graeme had mentioned on the Five Thirty Show back in February they have plans for the summer, but they did not let on much. So this could be the Clydebank Canal Festival for July. But there as no further information weather anything were going ahead or not and Graeme as not mentioned anything so may be a no no no then. But watch this space because u never know! I have no idea if I will be able to make it with a new job and everything, ,unless it ends up being a Saturday.

As u all know I went to see Witches Of Eastwick in Norwich at the weekend. Marti were very relaxed when Kristy and I met him...

We also saw Marti after the show on Friday night. Marti went back in, Kristy and I began to walk, my feet were killing me I decided to take off my my high heels, Then heard a roaring engine then saw the head lights on it were Marti, he laughed, he come pass us by Marks and Spencers in Norwich...... This were the best weekend ever...Thank u Marti....

Hiya Everyone

Its time again for a diary update. Graeme Clark went to see Marti on Friday, in the Witches Of Eastwick.

We decided to pay Marti a visit over the weekend, whilst on a shopping spree. I had the 6 kids with me and plus my mum. So yes I had my hands full especially with 2 the younger ones. It were a such a great day, apart from it being very windy. But did shop at the Centre Court Shopping centre, up the road from the Theatre.

Marti were very sweet to ask us for a photo. Marti said Mia is very sweet, and Carla had lovely eyes. As u can see the photos from that special day are now on the site.

Anyway I have a Manchester to do next week.

Also at the moment I have no further news on the Convention but I will keep u all posted as soon as I have some news.

First of all hi to everyone and thanks for surfing my site.....It is hard work keeping this updated but always find the time to do it.....

Having a quite afternoon watching the film Babe which is totally halirous...Of course the film not long started...I have see it before so I thought I quickly come here to make a quick update to my dairy section.......

Well Marti is already his 9th week with Witches Of Eastwick moving into the 10th week...It as gone fast this last week...As I were in Manchester only last week....seeing the show....

But it were nice Marti remembering my name without me telling him....Well in Norwich he put my surname on my pic but I went smudge it an hour later...

Well Plymouth is drawing to the end now, and Woking is next for those who are going have a fab time.............

I have done it well over 11, 000 hits to this site with 2686 visits. Woohoo I am so excited , that the site as done so well and have had great response. I have u lot to thank... keep viewing regular updates will get done..If it weren't for the kids and me finding something to do whilst I were on special leave after my dads passing in April 2007....This site will never had happen. The kids did make me aware just before my dads passing about me building a site, of course I weren't up for it at the time...I only decided to sign up with Myspace. But soon after my dads passing to pass time whilst at home, I decied to make myself occupied to build a website, too take my mind of things after my loss... So really I have the kids to thank for this oh bless them, it weren't for them neither there would be no site today ha ha lol...Now I really enjoy it...Becomes a little fustrating at times trying to scan and design pages... So far I have plenty of room on this site.....

What can I say it as hit over 12000 hits with visits of 2813. Its so great lets see if we can hit 13000 hits with 3000 visits by Christmas. If u have u lot to thank for thanks for looking at my site. I do watch the traffic every other week. Because I work full-time I'm so knackered by the time I come back. As I travel quite a few miles to the Office. Although I do a few updates here there. But it takes time for stuff to scan as well.

Now I have no further updates on The Convention at this moment in time but I will keep u all inform.

Right I am going now as Band Aid 2 is on right now on Magic then I am off to bed as I have be up at 5pm after catching up on a few e-mails first.

Hiya All
I haven't done any updates to my site in the last 2 weeks, as I have had a bad chest infection since November 29th, plus been so exhausted after work. I slowly getting over it. I know its December 16th still have that cough. I have been wrapping up warm but as been icy cold at night and first thing in the morning. I hate gettting up from my warm bed 4.45am 5 days a week but I suppose it as to be done.

Plus I have been hardly on thewets forum as well I just haven't got the energy. This evening were the first time to reply to a private message.

Well almost done for Christmas last few bits then done the rest are wrapped and under the tree. I went to Watford to do some Christmas shopping on December 13th, as they have a few shops we don't have. Spent loads Saturday! I were feeling unwell as well as I were getting pain in the top of my back which is due to my chest infection. I were fine when I left then became unwell late afternoon as the pain were bad the pain finally went yesterday.

I were alot worse 2 weeks back.

I thought I give u all an update as I have been unwell plus busy with work and Christmas. Thats why no updates done to the site.

Hiya All

Happy New Year to TheWets and the fans. It as been a very good year in 2008 with the site with loads of hits. Need further hits for 2009 keep surfing. I am still working on the Conevention for this year in the Summer. It won't be too steep with the Credit Crunch as well it will all be with ur means as well as my means. I will keep u all updated when I can so be patient with me and I will give u all the update. Jools who called me a year ago as not been back in touch I have his number so might text him if still wants to be involved.

Well we hope 2009 is alot better with all this recession happening and with Woolworths closing their doors with The Zavvi on they way out as well. We all hope 2009 will bring us all joy and happiness and for things to pick up for 2009.

Well what I can say I have a DJ sorted for the Wet Wet Wet Convention this summer and I have been looking into venues. So be patient with me on this! I am trying my best to get a venue sorted. With working full-time it just gives me the evenings and weekends to work on stuff for the Convention.

As u are all aware this site as been under construction most of the day. Sorry for the incovenice caused! But have a added a tour page throughtout the years which is all TheWets tour dates from the early days 1987, and get them to accurate dates and accurate Venues that they have played. I have had to check my concert tickets for dates that I have attended, the rest I have had to search through my stuff to see what Venues and dates TheWets covered. Thats what took so long to find. Plus been taking breaks in between and walking the dog in this freezing cold and eating my dinner too ha ha lol.

Anyway hope this jogs all memories especially from the early days.

First of all I like to say it as hit 13,007 hits wow. The amount of visits nearly hitting 3,000, this is the figure upto last night 2,930. It as been very hard work since this site started in May 2007. I do have to Bravenet sites when related just to Wet Wet Wet which started up in August 2007 and a Witches Of Eastwick site which started in September 2008. But believe me the Bravenet sites are much harder to build than the Piczo sites. You can get access to my Wet Wet Wet site on Bravenet via Monquie's list of Websites via www.martipellow.start4all.com you can also access the short cut to this site via the same link. The Witches Of Eastwick site I have not get that linked up yet but u can find the link via the Wet Wet Wet forum in some of my posts under ScarlettAvennue.

Sometimes when I am updating this site, it can become stressful and very fustrating because it takes time to design and get it perfect. But I enjoy it and everyone as made a real success for me and I like to thank u all for that.

Witches Of Eastwick

At the moment Marti is having a well deserved break for 5 weeks, since finishing in Edinburgh on January 3rd 2009. Marti will be in Aberdeen on February 10th 2009 , followed by Leeds the following week then On February 23rd 2009 Marti comes to Milton Keynes.

Graeme Clark did say that they hope to back for 2009, but with Marti doing Witches Of Eastwick right up to May 2009. Wet Wet Wet can only do their best. Wheather they began writing new material before Marti began Witches Of Eastwick in the Summer. But Marti had loads of rehearsals from July 2008, for the opening night in Norwich for Witches Of Eastwick. Thats probably also why the Canal Festival never went ahead in Clydebank, due to Marti's commitments with The Witches Of Eastwick.
But we all hope that Wet Wet Wet will release new material in due course. It were rumoured last year that Tom Cunningham of Wet Wet Wet said that there will be a tour for 2009. It were mentioned on the forum that one of the members knows someone who knows Tom Cunningham. We all want Wet Wet Wet to tour and bring out new material. I feel in my opinion Wet Wet Wet will release and go on tour in their own time. Although Marti as got time off from Witches Of Eastwick, we don't know if Marti as met up with the other members of the band. But I imagine Marti is taking his well deserved break. It would be nice if it were 2009, but when writing new material and with Marti being unavailable to work with the rest of the band it does make it hard and difficult. Graeme Clark is probably working on certian parts of their new material. As Graeme Clark said they hope to bring new material out for 2009. I suppose we all have to watch this space and wait and see what Wet Wet Wet as instore for us.

We have had very heavy snow upto 8inches in Milton Keynes, we had snow on Monday but only 2inches.

The local news as said there is more heavy snow this afternoon. Everything as come to stand still. Even the local shop as not open today when I last went to take the dog for a walk at 8.30am the shop normally opens 7am. Oh well enjoy the snow if you are effected today.

I now have over 3000 visits! The figure upto last night is 3011 visits. Its looking very well and I am very please too that the site is being viewed on a regular basis.

Milton Keynes had been hit very bad with the snow. We had upto a foot of snow thats how bad it were. Still some ice outside that is slippery. More snow began to come down last night February 12th, also February 9th and February 8th in fact huge flakes coming down Sunday night. Lets hope the snow goes for good.

Marti had been away in LA last month finishing his album, Wet Wet Wet is also hard at work,

Just to let u all know the amount of visits I have had now is 3185 and the hits are 14480.

I also had very good week last week too. Yeah Marti came to Milton Keynes. I met Marti 3 times last week but the 2nd time were due to me being in town and it were a suprise to me to see Marti. I didn't realise it were Marti but I did see someone look over whilst I were on the mobile. Then as I began to walk to walk further up it were Marti. Marti went hello then I thought I quickly ask if he got the DvD I left with stagedoor on the Monday. I met Marti on the Tuesday and I forgot to ask Marti, as Marti and I were chatting about Milton Keynes and the shopping centre. Then I bumped into Marti the following day so I thought I ask Marti if he received it. Marti could not hear me and went what babe, then had to ask the question again to see if had the DvD that I had created for Marti. Then on Saturday Marti had confirmed he as received the DvD and said he will be watching it later.

I hope u all had a great Easter certainly we had a a great weekend. We had a double celebration Easter Sunday it were also my niece Carla's 8th birthday on Easter Sunday.

They ain't much t say is that I leave to go Nottingham on Thursday.

Returned home lunch time today from Nottngham. It were fab couple of days and a nice break too. Nottingham ain't all that far 1hr 30mins only by road from Milton Keynes. Hi All

The TallShip is still available for the Convention on October 24th 2009. I will have to e-mail Fiona McGibbons if they can keep this open for me. As I need to sell enough tickets to cover the deposit. I were going to make the deadline June 3rd 2009, but now I will give u all a bit longer until June 23rd 2009 to start purchasing tickets. If u wish to purchase before please do so. The tickets are priced £7.00 each for Adults, £3.00 each for kids 16 and under and under 5's free.

I were a bit upset the other day as no-one is contacting me. Liz Burns and Tracy Nixon are the only ones purchased tickets so far. Unicorn is meant to be purchasing tickets, and another fan said they were going to purchase tickets. But now Brian James Shields is wanting to come.

I were so upset because it were my dads 2nd death anniversary, emailed one of the forum members which I do not wish to mention their name. This person message me back this evening. I got all uptight as I were not getting any response. Every1 were up for it at first. I have a put a lot of hard work into this. It were announced in Janaury 2008. So this were more than enough notice infact a year and half. Please don't let me down, once that contract is signed I would've commited myself. Now its gone back 2 months that gives all enough time. This is the cheapest venue too. The Plaza were wanting £7.000 which way out of every1's league. I do have 26 maybe's on facebook so there is possibilities there, and 5 are confirmed as coming.

Time is running out the tickets aren't steep at all. I know its the credit crunch. Accomodation can be cheap as little as £9.00 a night at the Travelodge and Premier Inn £45.00 a night.

It were a great weekend apart from the heavy showers Glasgow were having.

The Hilrious Witches Of Eastwick s now finished its 8 month run of the tour. Managed to meet Marti Friday And Saturday, and ofcourse Saturday May 9th around 2.40pm Marti were dressed for the show walking with Brian under an umbrella to main entrance where Marti remained in the Foyer for good 5 minutes before making his stage appearance. I were lucky enough to see them.

Diary is finally back after being taken down for 1 and half months.

I had a fab time in Tenbury Wells and meeting up with a few friends from the forum. Especially a big thank u to Chris for getting my photo signed by Marti.

Its been a while since I updated this section. Anyway lets plod on and get on what I am going to say. Dublin is finally here!!!!! I fly out tomorrow with my mum and will be meeting with Heather in Dublin. It shall be a very fab weekend. Its sad that some fans can't make it but I guess we all can't have it all.
